ESN Conversations
Different Perspectives. Shared Challenges. Better Understanding.
Education’s most important challenges rarely belong to one organization or one group of leaders. ESN Conversations brings together perspectives from across the education ecosystem to explore important questions facing schools, districts, associations, communities, and the organizations that support them.
Conversations may include superintendents, school board members, educators, association leaders, researchers, community and business leaders, and education solution-provider leaders.
The focus is not on personalities or promotion.
The focus is on ideas, experiences, lessons learned, emerging challenges, and practical perspectives that can help education leaders better understand the systems they lead.

The ESN Conversation Standard
ESN Conversations are designed to inform rather than promote.
When organizations or education solutions providers participate, discussions focus on broader education challenges, leadership considerations, research, implementation lessons, and responsible collaboration—not product promotion.
Potential Conversation Topics
Conversations may explore topics such as:
The evolving role of the superintendent
Building effective board-superintendent relationships
Responsible AI and education governance
Workforce development and the role of K–12 education
Organizational culture and employee engagement
Community trust and stakeholder communication
What education partners should understand about district decision-making
